Do what you love and you never work a day in your life.....

Internet marketing is an interesting and ever changing skill and I am glad I invested time and effort to learn some things about it. I came to realize that despite my work in this area, it simply was not my passion. This blog will remain active and is certainly "findable" online, but my knowledge of online promotion will primarily be used as I again pursue my career in real estate.

The two areas of greatest interest for me have always been music and real estate. The music I create and enjoy will be with me for life, but has become much more enjoyable as a profitable hobby, not a business.

Since first being licensed in real estate in 1988 I have done several others things, but have never stopped studying and learning. In 1996 when I moved to Naples Florida and got my FL license I enjoyed being a Realtor until 2008 when the market crashed.

Now I am back and excited to be associated with Florida Home Realty, a regional brokerage serving Collier and Lee Counties. My "brand" is RealEstate-NaplesFlorida and I am specializing in representing sellers and applying strategies and technologies designed to give sellers every possible advantage over the competition. I welcome referrals to the Naples area and can refer buyers and sellers to anywhere in the US.

Viral Marketing: "Do the advertising effort one time and watch the results multiply as others see it and send it on to people they know."

Hotmail is the pioneer of Viral Marketing. The concept was simple, brilliant, and very effective. They offered free email accounts to anyone and at the bottom of every email sent was a link to "Get your free Hotmail email account".

Hotmail users emailed friends and family. Friends and family saw that message at the bottom and signed up for their own free email account. Then they started emailing their friends and family. And so it went... as Hotmail exploded from 500,000 users in 1996 to 12 MILLION users just six months later. Today there are over 500 Million users that did not come from a multi-million dollar advertising budget. All of them came from the powerful new concept called "Viral Marketing".
